Sonia Kochina is a Tokyo-based Product Design Lead who is passionate about UX design and likes leading cross-cultural and diverse design teams. She also does mentorship and skill-building for designers, project coordination, design system implementation, and process optimization. Her goal is building design awareness in and outside the company.

I started as a product designer in an e-commerce platform for online stores and evolved into a team leader in the UX department at Veeam. Currently, I am designing the Android App for JetBrains Space Clay sculpting and singing are big parts of my life, and that’s why you can see them on this website.
